![]() ![]() Heather snapped when the other girls got in the shower before her, which ended in one of the strangest Top Model scenes ever. Good for Lisa, she probably needed cheering up after wearing that "outfit." And then flubbing her lines as well? Not her best day, but at least she got to model holiday jewelry. ![]() Saleisha picked Bianca and Lisa to go to on a photo shoot for Seventeen Magazine. She couldn't figure out how she could inspire something like the ocean - after all, she's a fire sign. Heather dissed her outfit at the fashion show, as she was just generally confused by it. The other girls may have mocked her wink, but whatever - she won. Saleisha won this challenge, in her girly, pixie dress, with her little wink at the end of the runway. We expect the same panic when the commercial episode comes along this season. At the runway show, the girls looked panic-stricken when they had to speak about inspiring their dress. She's a grown woman, she'll figure it out or she won't, but it's really not the problem of any of the other girls on this show. Tyra's always talking about how her mother traveled with her when she was a young model, perhaps Heather has a friend or family member to be with her. Bianca continued her griping about Heather from last week, and how is she going to make it in the modeling world without someone looking after her? Dude, shut it. There is definitely not the cat-fighting or stand-out beyotches like there have been in previous cycles, but the amount of whining this group of girls does is incredible. And make sure those phrases are complaints. Maybe next cycle they can just cut a couple girls out of cardboard and auto-program them to say a few of the same phrases over and over and name them Bianca. While the students tried to learn a bit about their assigned model's personality, we learned that some of the girls are lacking one. The designers all began with the same tacky outfit - which Heather appropriately called a "pale blue monstrosity" - to reconfigure for the model. The seven remaining models went to the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) to become muses for design students. This episode felt like a placeholder, like it will be known as the episode between "the one with the music video" and "the one where they go to China." Nothing too remarkable took place even the elimination wasn't a surprise. ![]()
